    3. Walk EVERY DAY
    4. Keep gettin at least 5 veggies/fruits a day

    A friend of mine has a 40th birthday party on the 11th. She is married to one of my husband's friends whom I've known since I met him 16 years ago. Several other friends of his will be there, all of whom I met when I was still slim, but just before I ballooned up 40 + lbs due to hypothyroid and bad eating & party habits (I WAS only 20)...I want to look smokin' hot at the party but not like I'm trying too hard. I do still have 30-40 lbs to lose to meet my goal but I am going to work my hardest to lose as much weight as I can in the next 10 days. Nothing drastic or unreasonable. I figure between 4 and 7 lbs is doable depending.

    I also want to start summer feeling great and looking more toned so I will be going to as many Jazzercise classes as possible to supplement my runs and get the muscle work in! They're killer classes!

    lose at least 5 pounds
    lower my sodium intake
    continue drinking a gallon of water a day
    spend some quality time with my little brother every day (he's finally out of school!)

    do all this and still find time to have some fun!

    2. workout in the morning b4 school/work
    3. no more sugary snacks or food (except 1 treat a week)
    4. tone my arms/legs
    5.drink all my water......no more soda

    1. Get to or very close to the 170s! (My stomach just dropped typing that! haha)
    2. Tell myself everyday in the mirror that I'm worth it
    3. Run 6x a week and continue my marathon training
    4. Log into MFP everyday in June!
    5. Drop a pants size!

    Meet my Midsummer Meltdown GW of 170 by June 21
    Drop into the 160's before the end of June.
    Do 30-60 minutes of productive exercise (yard work, etc) every day.

    well my june goals are:

    1.to pass 3 lessons at my master's degree
    2.to loose 5 kg or so (10 pounds at least)
    3.to exercise at least for 30 min a day or 3-4 times a week
    4.to avoid my weakness for ice cream and avoid eating it more than once a week
    5.to save money to buy good clothes at july.

    Towards the end of june I have a dinner with old classmates for a friends birthday. All of them remember me as a fat loser. I want to lose the weight i recently gained from being ill and be back at 45kg and look good in the dress i brought for the dinner.

    And maintain and eat a 800calorie intake daily so I do not binge and purge anymore
