I know what you mean...my downfall is sodium high "treats" during the weekend that causes me to retain h2o like crazy n it takes me till about wednesday to get things back to normal...don't know why i dont try harder...or limit myself to one day of a cheat rather than the whole weekend...

Well I input sedentary on the goals because other than the walking I'm really a couch potato I shuffle my little one to his activities but i watch h practice rather than walk some more like i should. and I've wondered about that myself but that's the calorie amount. it sets for me.

Im not a veggie fan myself but I think its because I dont know how to cook them. Ive been trying the frozen "steamables" from birds eye and green giant and store brand and they are not too bad. Of course fresh is better but you gotta start somewhere...
