Yes my dad actually has high cholesterol. He stays away from red meats and tries to stick to fish and chicken mostly!

What a great post!! I will have to definately try some of these! Now i had one quick question... you guys leave the crock pot alone that long??? I noticed one of you said you go to work and leave the crock pot cooking... im a worry wart so im wondering if that is unsafe? Please and thank you!

i am 5'2 and a half and weighed in at 181 on the day my daughter was born 3 years ago. I started MFP at 160 somthing back in april and i am currently between 139 and 142!! all i can say is that IT IS TOTALLY worth it and it is absolutely doable!! Good luck!

Hey all!!! I am soo stoked to be a part of this group for September! I lost a couple lbs here and there in the month of August but they where no where near what i had hoped. Hoping this will be the little push i need to get on it!! Nice to meet yall =]

Im thinking of soing one during the spring as our winters are too cold!! I would alao love to receive some advice on what and how to do it!! Ive never done one before.

27 mins 5'2 1/2 140.2 it use to say 256 when i weighed closer to 150. then around the mid 140s it went down to 232. So the less i weight the harder i have to workout to burn as much as before.

Thanks so much for all the advice!!! i will def be eating more and see if the scale moves at all. I will try the eating my calories burned back for a week and see how that works =] today i will have alot to eat back... any suggestions?
