    Technically it really depends if you have a heart rate monitor for accuracy. Most people I know log it as circut training. For about 240 cals.

    it use to say 256 when i weighed closer to 150. then around the mid 140s it went down to 232. So the less i weight the harder i have to workout to burn as much as before.

    I'm 5'2, and weigh 143. According to my HRM i burn between 175-200 cal. at level 1.

    For me Im5'7 and 248 pounds and on level 1 i burn 315 calories and i have a hrm with chest strap!!!
