Junior Nursing student... and up 15 lbs!
So how does this happen?? I mean aside from the constant stress, the chocolate, the coffee, the snacks and the frequent good job treats?? How did i gain so much?? Anyone else feel this way? In a matter of 1.5 semesters i have gone up 15 lbs... so summer is near and i need to get back into my old clothes! Any suggestions?…

Strength Training and weight gain...
So I have been doing a weight training class three times a week for an hour.... I love it so far, but I seem to be gaining weight... any advice? I also do an abs class before. I alsowouldn't mind hearing some ideas on what my calorie intake should be... I don't want to bulk up.

What is your favorite healthiest meal? Mine would have to be FRUIT!!! I love all types! apples, cantaloupe, banana (i have one almost daily!) strawberries, raspberries, etc! i just love them!

I put on a pair of work pants I have not worn since Dec 09 and they fit!!! Plus i went to the Dr today and i weighed a whole 19lbs less than the last time i was there!! YAY me!!

Calories vs Sodium
i have alot of cals left but only a bit of sodium... can i go over sodium to try and get more cals in? the thing is that i have half a sandwich from panera that id like to eat and i have the calories for it .. but not the sodium...

30DS NSV!!
I was able to do both rounds of pushups without stopping!! I dont do the full push ups yet, but before i started this road to salvation i was not even able to do one "Girl" push up! now i can do two rounds of 30 secs! yay me!

Soo... theres pizza all around...
and i have not touched it! I ate my sub and i drank my water and no matter how strong the delicious smell of pepperoni pizza is i have not caved!!! i am so proud!!. i was thinking i might just have a slice but now im over it~!!! waiting out your cravings really works!

Very discouraging
So idk how this happened but my scale broke my heart this morning! I woke up around two am to pee ad jumped on the scale and it read 147!!! I just about died! I was so.excited i almost couldnt fall back asleep! But then just now its right back to where its been for three weeks! :( at 150

Plateau!!!!
The last time the scale went down was over two weeks ago!!! its driving me crazy!!! how do i get out of this plateau! !! im trying the zig zaggin of calories but so far scale has not budged. i still have about 20 lbs to a healthy bmi. any suggestions? :sad:

Fruits... maxing my carbs!!!
I love fruit and ive replaced all the junk ive been eating before with them. banana's pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, apples, u name them and ill eat them! but they are maxing my carbs out!!! is eating too much fruit bad??? HELP!
