  • mine did that my first workout. So I turned off the system and rebooted the game. Then when I turned the armbands and thigh band back on I had no issues... its dropped out on me once or twice since, but nothing a quick push of the button doesn't fix. Don't let it interrupt your workout. Try what I did. I hope it helps

  • I picked up some workout vids from walmart for $6 each... and I have a game system, so I spent $60 to get active 2 for the ps3. They are all really great. Plus, if you are looking for free, and are up early, there are tv shows on around 6am est that do work outs.

  • if you aren't overly hungry, make a veggie and fruit platter. A small plate of a few of each thing. They aren't filling and they are healthy

  • my blender is my oster, and I'm impressed. Most of the time crushing ice kills my blenders and this one is going strong. It was from costco, on sale! Woo hoo!
  • you need to ween it out. Start cutting back. if you drink a bottle a day, cut it back to half for a couple, then a quarter, etc. If you quit cold turkey you will suffer major headaches. My bf has the same addiction.
  • I do my exercise in the evening, after I usually stop eating for the day. What I do is just go over my caloric intake by about 100. cuz on average my evening exercise burns around 200.
  • though previously said, I have to go with Mary Mary and Barlow Girl. Both amazing and offer empowerment to really get you energetic and make you feel like you can do anything!
  • as long as its not far over its ok. Even with natural sugars its not always the best. Try swapping out some of the fruit you eat for vegetables instead. It's the same nutrients for the most part, with no natural sugars :)
