Depends what kind of feedback you'd like and if you are ready. However I think it's brave and encouraging to have the confidence to ask for help or assistance, that's why we're all here for some reason or other :)

I'd say take some time off and let it heal. I over extended my knee and kept running and I just aggravated it some more. I did weights since I couldn't run so I'd strengthen my knee and I'd ice it. HOpe you feel better.

Try swimming that's a great cardio workout and it's easy on EVERYTHING :) I usually swim 20 laps and it burns a lot of calories and it's easy :) Good luck

Listen to your body as much as you can, you can really injure your body if you don't. I like to "cross-train" so days I don't run or walk I do weights and then that way I just give my body another area to work on. I also swim which is low-impact and doesn't put too much strain on your body. Good luck and keep up the good…

I have been eating TONS of strawberries they are like 3 times the amount of calcium that and spinach is good :)

Certainly don't be discouraged...it's all about how the clothes is made. Don't worry about the size but how you feel and how it makes you feel. You are doing great and it will just get easier. I too am lactose intolerant and I take Lactaid it's a little chewable pill that you take any time you eat dairy. It has been so easy to eat cheese and ice cream. I get it at Target and get the target brand and it works wonders.

I feel you!!! I normally try to really just use my exercise as a way to combat the cravings. I will give myself ONE day only where I allow myself to go over...it's better to acknowledge it than hide it I say :) Keep up the great work :)

I've been running since the beginning of the year and have seem to have lost the rolls :) I"m now training for the Nike Women's Marathon and it contniues to shrink but the issue now is TONING all that muscle underneath the rolls...Keep up the good work and don't doubt the beautiful results that you are having :)

I was really holding myself accountable for EVERYTHING I ate. I feel it's the only way to lose the weight and keep it off. I also made small goals for myself rather than becoming overwhelmed with the total weight loss. Good luck
