Yes, heart rate monitor. It takes the guesswork out of your workout. I just did Insanity pure cardio tonight. If I entered it in general interval training, then it gives me about 100 fewer calories than I actually burned according to my hrm.

You can enter it as interval training (general). It makes it much easier if you have a hrm.

I just received my Polar FT7 in the mail today. I purchased it off Ebay for $65 including shipping NIB. Can't wait to try it out with my Insanity.

I would suggest Excercise On Demand through your cable provider. It has J.Michaels, J.Warner, & B.Blanks workouts you could try out before purchasing.

I played Your Shape before I started Insanity and thought the boxing workouts were great. I also have Kinects Sports & Dance Central.

I use the chocolate green superfood.

I've been having an Amazing Grass shake with almond milk first thing in the morning. Is Shakeology more beneficial? Thanks

I'm new to the site and am loving the man cave idea. I just started Insanity and am on my third day. I also have Your Shape Fitness Evolved on Kinect. I love football and the Texans. I'm the commissioner of a fantasy football league and spend a lot of time at Buffalo Wild Wings during the season. I quit drinking beer, but…
