  • eat at maintenance or just below, or I work some exercise into my day (force myself!) and usually I feel pretty good after that!
  • I exercise for extra cals, work treats into my day (usually at the end so I look forward to it and don't go on a binge after) and/or eat at maintenance. Water, gum and brushing teeth can help with neeeeeddinngg to eat. Have managed to lose weight the last two months during that time and was shocked!

  • I take protein/nut bars, nuts, yogurt, fruit, salad, hardboiled eggs, leftovers bc we have a microwave in most buildings, and my own coffee so I don't buy them. On sundays I meal prep. Cold packs and insulated bags are a must for sure! I pre-log it all then I see how much I have left to work with the rest of the day. I'm…

  • Tighten up weighing, logging, exercise then look at my deficit stats and just keep going until it shifts again. Oh yeah, and measure with a measuring tape!! Have lost quite a few inches when the scale is doing nothing

  • My body was also not converting the synthroid. Now I take armour thyroid, have for years, have lost 6lbs in 6 weeks
  • One of mine loves playing outside and is very active but is also OBSESSED with electronics and would sit on them for the rest of his life if we let him. So yes, we do limit him and send him outside and force him to do other stuff
  • I am set to 1260 but I eat exercise cals back and usually have 300 to 400 or so extra a day. I'm averaging roughly 1650 I think the last few weeks and losing 1.5 a week. Feel like I'm eating heaps actually lol kitkats included ;)

  • I would suggest seeing an OBGYN about a pessary. I waited 4 years and REALLY wish I hadn't. I also see a physio (which is a bit awkward haha). It has been life changing
