I've been overweight for years, only this pass year it's really bothered me so I'm not sure what I'll look like when I reach my goal. Atm it's 155lbs, but I'll stop and maintain when I feel happy. I'm 5ft8. X

I work out an hour after rising, after sorting my toddler out with breakfast and morning activities, so 8am ish. Next week I start uni part time, our routine is going to change slightly so I'll be waking up before my toddler to work out. X

I've done level 1for 8 days, going to level 2 tomorrow as lvl 1 is too easy and boring now. Lvl 2 looks considerably harder so will probs end up doing 12 instead of 10, we'll see x

I'm at lvl 1 day 7. So far lost 1lb but 5 inches :) very excited to see results at day 30, I may add pics then ;) x

Deffo agree with whatever works for you. I exercise about an.hour after getting up. I tend to make better food choices during the fay if work out early.
