Try upping your calories to 1500 per day and just doing some moderate exercising every other day... I was losing steadily from just walking 3 days a week, then I started this darn gym kick working out 5 days a week and didn't lose a damn pound for a month! I'm going back to my old routine.

I lost over 150 before and put it all back on except about 28 pounds of it.. This time I'm taking the 150 back off plus 73 more... AND KEEPING IT OFF! It's possible. You can do it.

I lost 43pds on WW and learned about portion control, reading labels ect.. but felt I like the meetings got repetitive and most of the focus was on points and food and not enough on exercise. I did WW for 8 months.. I strictly followed MFP for 4 weeks while I still attended WW meetings... I lost about 43 on WW and lost 12 on MFP in about 5 weeks. MFP is way more user friendly, full of support and it's free. I wasn't eating enough on WW and I didn't know about eating activity calories/points back until I joined…

Thanks! I find that since I've started MFP that I am working out more and not focusing on Point values as much. My Diary isn't "hidden" it's "private" ... Honestly, I'm not real interested in what others are eating, and some who want to look are probably just being nosy. Someone un- friended me because my diary wasn't view-able. There are some people here who have hundreds of pounds to lose and some who've never been over 200 pounds…

I've lost 45pds and my breasts are still the same too. Now, I'm starting to have shoulder problems that I didn't have before. *sigh* I might need a reduction.
