Calories in, calories out... Works for me.

Today marks one month I have been using the app and I am 11 pounds down.
I have another 114 to go but 11 in my first month is a good start.
11 pounds down tells me I can do it.

I can live my life un-addicted to food.
I can lose weight without starving or feeling deprived
I can feel myself getting stronger and motivated to continue this weight loss in to health journey.

Feel free to add me, I am looking for MFP friends to follow, esp ones who keep a open food diary.
I like browsing the diary for food ideas.
