Hi my name is Jacinda, and I have been on here for a while, but never interacted with the community. I am on my journey to loose a lot of weight. I have been married for 7 years this year, and we haven't been able to get pregnant at all. I have a long way to go, but I am working out at the gym, and have a wonderful trainer, and have lost 8 pounds so far. I am from North Carolina by the way. Nice to meet you all!

HI Girlfriend,
So proud of you for tackling the weight problem. Too many people ignore their health until it is too late. You are young - now is the time. 8 pounds will turn into 16 pounds, 16 pounds will turn into 32 pounds of weight lose and before you know it, you will be getting closer to your goal weight. We are hear to support you.

Good on you for starting on the journey!
Unsolicited advice: Your nutrition (aka diet) is the #1 most important thing. Exercise is awesome and it helps but nothing works if your nutrition isn't right0
