Hey thanks to all for the feed back. I do use an hrm so to get same rate I exercise harder or longer, but I think I will listen closer to my body in future any way thanks for the help

Ive done the same thing gone to a chinese buffet and once you start figuring everything out . You probably did under shoot but just think of it as a day off and back on board the next day we all need to take a break good luck :smile:

I exercise 5 to 6 times a week water jog minimum 30 mins. bicycle minimum of 40 mins. sometimes I will do both in one day, and on some days I will only do one or the other. As far as food goes I eat what ever I want following My mfp guide lines of how many calories I can consume that day

Just tell your self that your only going to exercise for only 1 minute you will end up doing more before you know it good luck

You might try oriental steamer vegetables comes with its own sauce. Then add a couple ounces of thin sliced lean beef, chicken breast , or shrimp . It's easy fast and low on calories

Ive heard eat breakfast like a king lunch like prince and dinner like a pauper

I more than doubled my exercise for the day so that I wouldnt feel guilty that and had a light lunch

Alton Brown on the Food Net work has a good recipe using a house window fan. Ive tried it and it worked quite well
