I log in advance during the week, usually by a few days, helps to ensure I use the fresh food in the fridge and including planning treats in to! I do make adjustments if things change and am honest both ways, over and under, its worth it to be honest with yourself :) Also helps to see what causes gains and losses etc. Well…

I stick to 1200-1300..recently upped to 1300 for maintenance to slowly increase ...you can add to see my diary for ideas for the past few months, I find planning ahead really helps with lower calories, plan snacks too..though I must admit, I am bad at the weekends, especially last weekend, but definitely my week days might…

I tried the pasta from this about a year ago, followed the instructions, added a nice sauce as I would with regular pasta, I'm pretty good with 'cardboard' food, but this...was awful..I couldn't get over the texture, just wasn't right, far to chewy...needed more of a powdery texture maybe, was like, what I imagine chewing…

mine have completely gone, have lost 50lb, went from a 36D to a 32C/D...but more recently they look horrible :( just loose skin, I do miss them a bit now, but I don't miss the other weight! Get less back ache too..on the plus side..
