MFP app not working
Having a problem with the mfp app, when I open it you can’t use the screen, it flashes every few seconds. No update needed as recently done, no new version available. Having to log on to website to log. Anyone else having same? I’ve got an iPhone 11 on iOS 16.6.1 Thank you! X

Calories?! Potatoes Raw or cooked weight??
Me again! Panicking about weight foods before or after cooking...this time... Potatoes.. Sweet potatoes baked...do I weigh it before or after cooking, they weigh much less after..but I want the calories accurate. Thanks so much in advance if anyone has any ideas and thoughts... :) x

Frozen Vegetables
This may be along the same lines as previous questions I have had, for rice and pasta, but this time it is frozen broccoli, I weigh it frozen as I then mix it with other ingredients, but would the final cooked product have more or less calories cooked than frozen? like am I over or under estimating the calories? thanks so…

i love diet related tv shows. I literally can't get enough of them. My faves are 'supersize vs super skinny' and 'secret eaters' I also love 'fat families' and an american one called 'I used to be fat' Anyone else watch any others?

I have recently ordered the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and plan to start this in May, Was just wondering how people log this as exercise? is there a particular thing you can type in? or does an aerobics type entry fit? Many Thanks :)

Diary Logging
I have this funny obsessive thing where I have to make my calorie entries as round numbers, like all ending in 0...ending in a 5 is ok...but I will usually change it! I overestimate in order to do this so I know I'm covered! Anyone else have any obsessive food/logging habits?!
