Love it! I just found key lime flavor at Target. You wouldn't think it would be much different than the original lime, but oh my god, it is so good!

I love ezekiel. It's different from other breads, definitely, but that is why I like it. It doesn't trigger me to snack on, its filling, and great from a nutritional standpoint. I buy frozen, and stick the loaf in the fridge when we need it. Lightly toast for a few minutes to improve the texture.

That's a bummer about your workout buddy! You're not on your own, we're all fighting the fight together. I slacked for a few days last week, only got I believe 3 of the workouts in, but its not so bad once you get back in the routine. I have one week left! Keep us updated.

Don't be scared for month 2. Yes, the workouts are longer, but in my opinion, they aren't really much higher intensity. Don't get me wrong...I'm completely spent at the end of each and every workout, but I also feel like I get a much better workout! It is a lot more upper body work than month 1, though. I'm in week 2 of month 2. Believe me, I can't keep the pace they do on the video, but I just do the most I can, and my endurance has gone way up. Late September/early October bride here! I would be over the moon if I could lose 40 lbs by then...but that's a pretty steep goal. I found that looking at my ring during a hard workout gives me instant motivation to push just a little harder! :wink: I'm getting my dress next month and I'm so nervous about that!
