I find chocolate milk with whipped cream to be good for this. Not the healthiest thing, but certainly not bad for you, in my opinion. Very tasty, very filling, and comforting as well. Hope things get better, best of luck!!

If you add a scoop of protein powder to greek yogurt, you'd be a little over calorie count (at about 210 for this combo) but you'd get 28 g of protein. or 2 scoops of protein powder at 150 calories in water at 26 g of protein. that is pretty miserable though, i probably wouldn't. i can't really think of any protein dense…

5'6" 128 lbs i eat anywhere from 1200-1800. I think it's good to switch it up a lot, instead of having the same amount every day. This'll help keep your metabolism up and running.
