I'm Canadian, so I can't speak from experience since we have a Universal health care system. However, I don't think additional insurance premiums for obese would be effective in motivating people to be healthier.

I had flu for a week and since then (3 weeks ago)...my splat points have decreased considerably. I used to achieve 18-20 splat with 500-540 Cal burn. Now: only 5-10 splat with 400-430 Cal burn. For the seasoned OTF members, have you experienced this? I feel like I'm hitting a wall that I can't seem to beat.

Yes. It might depend on your App. On the Android App, hold-click on the food item until the option "move entry" or "delete entry" appears. You could delete it or move the food to lunch or dinner etc.

Let's be more positive here....This MFP is supposed to be encouraging and a learning platform. No need to attack someone for asking a question. I place it under Cardio even though it's a combo. I don't think it's on the MFP list. Just add it as your own exercise and record the calories you burned based in your fitness/hr monitor.

I just finished my first week at Orangetheory fitness. I'm not a gym membership type of person as I've tried several times.Though, I find the Orangetheory model to be a good one. I'm really loving it so far! Have you you tried it or heard of it? These boutique fitness clubs are popping up a lot around GTA.
