Yes I think I was multitasking so got confused at some point. I apologize.(--->also to everyone above). Thank you for replying though.

It doesn't lol. I was just confused because I was watching this video and was like 'what she only weighed that much!': http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BElKuOWjxAs

I do the 5-2 program. I fast from before sunrise to after sunset on the weekends.....when I am usually home and KNOW that I will eat many snacks throughout the day, which will add up and go over my calorie limit. Before sunrise and after sunset I eat normally though and can range from anywhere between 600-1000 calories…

I have that problem too when I wake up late and don't have enough time to make lunch before I have to run and catch transit. For example, on Thursday I bought a Korean BBQ Chicken burger, and the restaurant's nutritional info was no where online. What I ended up doing was estimating on everything using other restaurants as…

Currently in my final year of a BA in Communication and Culture with a minor in religious studies. Plan to do a Masters in Distance Education (and maybe a Ph.D but have not completely decided yet). I also want to get certification in: 1. Adult Education 2. Adobe Products Master 3. Homeopathy But unfortunately I'm poor…

Well simply put I find it sad if ANYONE on this website reaches their goal and then decides to stop what they are doing. These should be lifetime changes in our eating and exercise habits not a end goal process. Of course, then if you stopped and started eating fatty food like you were before you would gain the weight back…

Thank you. I really appreciate it ^____^ Another simple question: In this thread you wrote about how you didn't really trust the food database on this website because it had a margin for errors (e.g. oils added to food, etc.). I don't usually track the amount of oil, salt and spices, etc. that I mix into my curry so I was…

Is Splenda fine too then?

Reposting because I have not gotten a reply; and I have read this whole thread and the last one: Thank you for answering our questions. 1) What do you think of the 5-2 intermittent training program (Something like 'The Fast Diet')? I have decided to fast every weekend to control myself from eating excess junk but I am not…

Also, does it matter what time a person eats dinner and sleeps? For example, is it fine if a person eats dinner and then sleeps immediately without exercising a little or allowing the food to digest? Lastly, I read on a previous post saying that you said eating a artificial sweetener like Splenda is fine. I was wondering…

Thank you for answering our questions. 1) What do you think of the 5-2 intermittent training program (Something like 'The Fast Diet')? I have decided to fast every weekend to control myself from eating excess junk but I am not sure. 2) I have read that after 4-5 weeks you should change your workout/intensity because your…

I live with my parents and 3 younger siblings. My dad loves sweet Pakistani food......and my siblings love junk food. I don't expect them to change.......because I am the only one who has weight issues in my family. So I have to check this website and count calories before I start a meal. BUT, my mom will add anything…

Sorry I keep thinking up more questions. 7) I am iron deficient and am taking the pills. I log them on this website but I get a huge surplus in iron then. What percentage should I change the iron too so this annoying surplus doesn't show? 8) I read online that Vitamin D and calcium are not the same thing. This website does…

Adding on to my last post: 5) What do you think of the 5-2 intermittent training program? I have decided to fast every weekend to control myself from eating excess junk but I am not sure. 6) I have read that after 4-5 weeks you should change your workout/intensity because your body gets used to the workout and you don't…

Thank you for answering our questions Tony. I just started this website recently (at 210lbs 23 years old) and have a few questions: 1) I usually eat below my calorie limit (sometimes only 800-900 calories). I did not used to drink water before and so 8 glasses of water/day make me really full. Should I increase my amount…

I don't know where you read that but iron supplements and vitamin D pills are usually recommended by doctors for people who are severely lacking them, and cannot get them all just through food. Also, the few fat loss, muscle gain books I have read support omega-3's as a must use supplement especially for people who mostly…

Thank you. I will do that.

I'm taking: -Iron supplements -Omega-3 cod liver pills -Vitamin D -Homeopathic medications for weight reduction

Percentage is hard to calculate. But mostly when I am home I am on my bed. Although, on weekends I go out to our place of worship. I don't know if stretching counts either............but since I am Muslim and I have to pray 5 times a day and that is a bunch of stretching in itself everyday.

The feedback is amazing. Thank you every one! How long have you been using this site?
-
Thank you. I will try starting out with aerobics and after losing pounds start on weight training eventually. But, still muscle pain sucks T___T

Seriously? Then that's awesome ^_____^
