  • Hi Annie, I am 49 and live in the US (Iowa). 2 years ago I weighed a little over 230lbs and I am 5.5 inches tall.   • I am such a creature of habit, I don't like to change my routines. Have you tried chia seeds? You could add them to many things you currently eat, and they keep you feeling full longer. If not, that might be a simple fix :)

  • I have not used sportypal, but use Runtastic. I use the free version and like it, it syncs with MFP automatically :)
  • Possibly, It looks like the past couple weeks I have been 5000 - 6000 calories under the weekly goal. Maybe up my calories?
