  • white chocolate raspberry is where its at! that one is amazing. cookies and cream one is awesome too. ive tried a bunch, never microwaved them though, the guy at gnc says the microwave breaks down the proteins?? but the only one i didnt like was the cinnamon roll. i had to choke that guy down.

  • youre probably right but i just cant stand the thought of being on a machine for even 10 minutes i hate the treadmill! i am doing a sculpting class tonight so hopefully i will start getting in to classes and stay away from those evil machines.
