That's awesome!! Good for you! I am looking right now to find an other 5K i can do sooner rather than later. I am signed up for one in december and one got pushed to next spring. I was sad when that happened!

I can't do the treadmill at all anymore. I try to run 4x a week right now just to take it easy on my knees. I am loving being outside! I am just not the fan of hills! heh

I am really starting to enjoy it as well! That's soo not me to say either, i have always liked swimming so much better. Running is such a wonderful way of getting away from everything and helps with stress big time!

Sadly i can't find anyone to run with me, everyone is either way too advanced, kinda like you pushing 7mile pace, i am still trying to break down to 11 miles and the goal is to get under 10 at some point here. I am just trying to build endurance and expand my lungs. :-)

I really want to do a half Marathon! I have done a 5k and i signed up for one which ended up being moved to Spring. I need to find an other one to do. I should do a 10K, i bet that would be a good mid point, right?

Make a mental effort to log ALL day long, maybe even preplan what will you be eating when you eat out and log those in before you leave the house and stick to what you decided to eat that way. That would be my suggestion. :)

Vitamins don't do that... I am not sure that's the cause :)

I was coming across the issue i read other people had, i'd be super hungry if i eat multiple times a day, but much less so if i only have 3 big meals. That's what prompt me to research this.

That makes perfect sense. It also makes me feel better for not being able to follow a schedule. I can see how it is crucial for endurance and muscle building.

That was my concern with it, there are other supplements that cost less and seem to be just as good. I also don't really trust anyone who tells me that unless i get their stuff i won't do what i want to do. silly people!

You will after you're done :) They use a chair for pullups to assist, or I like to use those monster bands to put a knee or two in and help me up the bar. They use dumbells (various sizes), and a yoga mat - that's it. I like lifting...personally I want to lose weight and "shape" my body and firm it up...so it does it all…

I do 4 egg whites, half of a med avocado, 3 table spoons of salsa and one table spoon of flaxseed. Now i have 5-6 meals a day ideally so i don't know if this would keep you satisfied until lunch. :)

I don't have a very strong upper body, do you think that i could still do P90x?

Right now i am wanting to tone up. I don't really have weight to lose persay, but mainly have problem areas that need to be toned. I am keeping my calorie intake between 1200-1400. I guess my plan is to tighten things up. :)

Thank you all for your inputs! Very cool to read what other people have experienced. :) I just got tired of every time i research one of those programs i end up coming across a coach beaming about it and pushing shakeology. It's overpriced and i know there are better alternatives. We only have one golds gym express in town…

I feel like processed stuff is bad for you no matter how much of it you are eating. I tried to stay away from it. :)

I would also eat multiple times a day, maybe even break it up to 6x a day along with plenty of water. :)

I personally don't eat them back. I feel like that's part of my deficit.
