No, eat fresh foods like fruits and veggies. All cereals are processed and have lots of "things" in them.

Since I have started logging I have noticed a big difference. My next step is a scale for portion sizes. Stick with the logging good and bad days, so you are accountable to yourself. At least that is what I have realized. :blushing:

I know what you mean. I am a nurse, on my feet all day. I make myself either work out before work or immediately after work, so I do not have time to sit down and talk myself out of it! :flowerforyou:

Did this today! My legs feel like rubber! I used 5lb. dumbells and push-ups on my knees due to a bad shoulder but this is a good workout! I did not stop for a break :tongue: Alot of cardio and legs! Time: 15:36
