What should our macros be set at? I was low carbing so I changed them and now I don't know where they should be.

I'm not new to the site but have just started really using it religiously. I just started T25 and have 36 more lbs to lose. Had a baby 2 years ago and gained 70 lbs when prego for her. At my highest I was 241...when I had her. I've lost 35 lbs and have so far to go. I'm always looking for support, motivation and meal ideas…

I feel the SAME exact way. I think about it all day at work...get home and its so hot out that i don't want to take Madyson out in the heat (she gets so hot in her bucket seat). I'm looking for a treadmill or something to do at home but money is tight!!
