    What type of exercise was it? 30 a day Shred Level 1
    What was your high and low for the day? My high was a fabulous lunch date (our 2nd date) with a great guy... that I tracked ...and stayed on track :) My low was ...well I honestly haven't had a low yet :)

    What type of exercise was it? I walked, but didn't hit my 10k goal (only 6k).
    What was your high and low for the day? High; logged everything. Low; the kind of things I logged.

    What was your high and low for the day? High- hitting 5# weight loss since 12/14/15. Low - feeling so sore that my legs almost give out as I walk down the stairs.

    I did jafrican. It's a 10 and beyond.
    I logged my meals. It's a challenge because I switched to vegetarian but I feel better.

    High and low of the day: my high was my date last night/this morning and getting home at 5am...my low was getting home at 5am and getting 4 hours sleep.
