    What day of your challenge are you on: 3
    Did you track your food today: yes
    Did you Work out today: yes
    What type of exercise was it: Went to the gym - 10 min on the row machine and some resistance machines. At home, 30 min on the elliptical and some floor / ab work.
    What was your high and low for the day: Going out to the movies, no real low for the day... maybe procrastinating on paperwork.
    Mood on a scale of 1-10? 9
    Best Meal: HUGE salad
    Worst Meal: Coffee

    What type of exercise was it? 50 minute walk - breaks and lunch at work
    What was your high and low for the day?
    High - Getting my walking in, even though I didn't want to go outside after it rained
    Low- Hearing it rain outside my work window. I LOATHE rain

    What type of exercise was it? 30 min Cybex Arc trainer (287 cal burned)
    What was your high and low for the day? High- following through with my commitment to exercise and hitting close to 6,000 steps preworkout (so basically in my work day) Low - scheduled conference call and leader was no show. Don't like volunteering and them having folks waste my time.

    What type of exercise was it? 14 Day Kettle bell challenge 15 min 102 cal burned)
    What was your high and low for the day? High- successful work day! Received kudos for a project that made it through approvals. Low - disappointed with no change in the scale.

    Thanks! I do stairs on my breaks instead of a walk and since I have a long commute, I come to work early to skip traffic and go to the gym in the morning! But I have my days where I literally do a set of squats or lunges and that's great too :)!

    What type of exercise was it? 10 mins HIIT on Elliptical 5 mins HIIT on stationary bike 5 mins with weights, I'll get in 12 flights of stairs on one of my breaks :)

    low - my dog woke me up 20 minutes before my alarm
    high - tomorrow is Friday!

    High - A few...today's my oldest son's birthday and I won the weight loss challenge at work!
