That's how I am. I freak out if i don't see immediate progress or if my weight fluctuates. I'm driving myself nuts! I'm thinking once a month would be good for me but I don't know if I have the patience!

I'm 5'11 and currently about 250. The time I remember really liking my body was high school and I was about 170 back then. So that's my goal but I will see how I feel when I start dropping the pounds :) I was 210 when I started college and I looked alright just had pretty big thighs lol.
