I'm 4ft 11 and currently weight 112lbs. I have been sticking to 1200 calories a day, usually I am under. I am fairly active and just getting into the 30 day shred, I also use my cross trainer a few times a week. So far I have lost 4lbs, and I want to lose another 10-14. Haven't lost anything this week although my clothes…

Mine is open. Feel free to add me :)

Thanks for all of the replies. I also thought that it may be my stomach shrinking, really don't know though. I guess in a way it beats being hungry all of the time. :)

I used to be a bit of a chocoholic not so long ago. Now I can look at a chocolate bar and feel/think nothing. I don't want it either. Well done! :)

Not really sure if this is what you are looking for but I take pure Acai Berry capsules. They stop me from being hungry, stop me from craving chocolate and carbs and also leave me feeling fuller after meals. They are also very high in fibre and then help out in that department. You can also get a colon cleanser to go along…

Ah right now I get it!!! Thanks a lot for your help. Not tiny at 4ft 11 though lol Reason for doing this is that my clothes no longer fit me and it's starting to get rather annoying. You look great in your profile pic too! Well done!!

Thanks. I am currently 112lbs and would like to lose 14lbs. So a 200 calorie deficit a day would be a good option? MFP has told me my goal is 1200 cals a day so for example I should eat those and then try to burn off 200 a day?
-
I'm planning on starting tomorrow :) I'll be popping out in the morning to get myself some little weights!
-
Thanks for explaining. That make sense. You do need a certain deficit amount to lose weight though right?
-
Ah right I see. MFP has only given me 1200 cals a day to eat and although I don't exercise as I should every day I certainly have an active lifestyle and quite a physical job so I guess I am burning rather a lot. hmmmmm! Congrats on the weightloss BTW :)

I can understand that it'simportant to eat your calories, but I really don't understand the point of eating your calories back once you have burned them off through exercise.
-
I don't count anything apart from actual time dedicted to exercising. That way, I am keeping under my calories but also burning a lot more calories than I even know I am.
-
I get that too. I tend to ignore it and just eat when I'm hungry. Not sure how right that is to do though as I have only just started also

There's been a lot of talk about them. I originally bought some capules from a health food store but when I looked into it further, they were made from an extract and were not the pure freeze dried kind. I then ordered the pure ones from the net and have found them to be very helpful indeed.

Congratulations on losing 14lbs... That's amazing! I started this about a week ago and I have lost 4lbs so far. I Have been trying to look at it as a long term thing. I am impatient and like to see results right away, obviously that's just not realistic so I'm just plodding along in the knowledge that I will get to where I…

I love it too, I must have at least 5 cups a day, of course, I don't record them here ;)

Hi, Thanks for the reply. It definitely helps to use something like this so that you can see exactly what you are eating. I shll add you now :)

Added you. Congrats on the weight loss so far!!!!
