Fast foods! All of them. I think about how they are made and what they are made out of. It grosses me out.

I only put cleaning as an exercise when I am moving furniture and actually sweating. I understand what you are saying but don't cut a good house-cleaning session short. :wink:

Keep on talking about it. If anything these people are not happy about themselves and their lack of motivation. You have done an awesome job taking care of yourself and inspiring people like me to get off the couch and into the gym.

I am glad to see that someone else is battling the "binge-demon". I unfortunately lost that battle today. I have to rethink my diet and exercise. It is so easy to be lazy. Tomorrow is a new day and I will make it through.

This is really nice to read because sometimes I feel like I am the only person who did this. I have been able to control myself now because my husband is no longer working nights. His employment status changed and we were able to make dinner together at night. I was no longer going to the conveniently located BK on my way…

It took my husband and I so many attempts to stop. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure at 28 and that was the last straw. We quit together and if we do smoke, which has happened when we are out with friends, we share one and remember why we quit. You can do it. By the way GUM will be your best friend.

The worst for my was the first P90X. I tried to do the DVD and hurt myself something terrible.

I substitute ground turkey or chicken for most things and turkey burgers are amazing.
