    50 lbs is amazing!!! Just think....when (if) you lift weights....just think how heavy a 50 lb weight is....that is OFF your body!! That is just incredible and you should be so EXTREMELY proud of yourself!! It's not easy to lose that and you did it!!! YOU DID IT!!!! Congrats!!! You're doing fabulous :) Keep it up :D

    You are doing a great job and are an inspiration to me as our start weights are very close. I know its hard when there is a lot of weight to lose but you are doing it the right way and as a stranger I can see a huge difference. Keep it up xxx
