My body thinks it's starving at 1200 calories. Maybe start closer to 1500 and do two weeks like that.

Big love for this thread. I have a huge belly from my two pregnancies and about fifty pounds extra right now. I know that when I lose the weight, the belly skin and curves will remain. There may be days I get frustrated, but my goal is to feel strong and be comfy in my clothes and I'll have to remind myself of that often.…

Extremely motivational! I am back at the beginning right now, starting at around 218. I cannot wait to get back to my usual 175 so I can breath again. My ultimate goal is 150. I will be lurking here as I progress.
