What IS the deal with those ads?! I was thinking it was advertising directly to me based on my cookies or something? *relieved*

Well at least my sense of humor is still in it's teens to 20's. I still snickered when I read KY.

If the guidelines were based on mentality, I would never be old

Starting My Fitness Pal for the 15th (seems like) time. Never give up, I guess. Gave up running because of too many injuries, and gained some weight. One thing I have never done faithfully, is track food. Most of what I read says that it is a key factor. So I am trying again.

    42. Started really getting back at it 7 months ago. Eating right has made a huge difference for me. Would like support/training tips from other middle agers as well!
