know a person who has been going to the gym and training with a trainer for over a year now and there have been small changes, but I do feel bad for them. I think (at least in this case) it all boils down to diet.

th only cleaning I count is extra deep cleaning that causes me to sweat. (like detailing my truck, lol)

Not so much at night but Im drinking 10+ glasses of water a day and I cant even get thru my 20 min workout without taking a poty break. And I nearly pee my pants everyday when I pick up my kids from school! lol

my maintenance is just over 2000 and after being used to 1200 or less it will be easy to stay under :) and I may consider leaving MFP behind a few days....

they will not eat it. they don't eat, they starve. I make them taste things and sometimes they eat healthier food sometimes not. My 8 year old has a major texture issue and will actually vomit if food texture isn't right. but they are all very active and not even close to being overweight.
