Well, I didn't make any progress this week.. My current weight is 166 so that puts me back at my starting weight. No excuses! Obviously I just need to put in more effort. Good luck everyone!!

my starting weight was 166 on January 6th and now my current weight is 164.4. So that is 1.6 pounds down.

Today was gorgeous so my husband and I went on a nice walk; it was wonderful getting him involved. Today has been a fantastic day and I hope that everyone is having a great day as well!

I am also a yo yo dieter; it is always all or nothing. Currently, I am trying to break that cycle by being more realistic with my exercise and diet habits so that I do not get burned out like I have been known to do. ;)

My last straw was when I went to visit my family that I hadn't seen in years and due to my weight I was too insecure to actively socialize with them. My finance and I made a 13 hour drive to visit them and my insecurities stopped me from enjoying my time with my family! That was my LAST straw!

Gracy, Don"t give up! weight loss journeys can be very discouraging at times however, once you reach your goal all this effort will be worth it. I wounder if you are in-taking too little calories and it is putting your body in starvation mode; which makes it much harder to lose weight. Also, i suggest swimming for a lot of…
