I have about 30 pounds more pounds to lose. I have 8 (yes, eight) children. 6 girls and 2 boys in that order. Good support is always welcome :)

You can do this! Set several achievable mini goals and stick with it. At times when I feel defeated, I like to look at the success stories and be encouraged. If they can do it, so can I!!!!

I think it has more to do with how much you put into it. How tight you crank the resistance......just a thought.

That makes a little more sense. It has suggested I reset my goals before and I've declined because I was still losing. 1250 doesn't seem like enough calories.

Ok! I've not had it change mine before now? 1250 just seems like too few calories a day. I was still loosing at 1430.

Could be but no matter how much I adjust my exercise times a week I still get the same amount of calories.

I thought that too but even if I put in that I'm exercising more it still leaves my calories the same at 1250.......
