I got some and I think they're good for flavoring water, but I only put a little in. just enough to lightly flavor the water... if I put a whoel serving in, it tastes like "powdery" (?) I cant thing of a good words... it's just weird...

You might be stressing it a little too much... I usually do the treadmill and a brisk pace 4 miles an hour (that's probably about 7.5 - 8 km/h... right?) and then an incline of 4... and my butt calves and hamstring get a good work out! I burn more calories than my mom running 5 mph at a 0 incline!

I just wanted to add in... instead of soy sauce (even the low sodium soy sauce), use Bragg's Amino Acids.... ITS THE BEST!!! YEah, I've been easing up a bit... when on a couple bike rides and nothing yesterday =( I'm going to put some tiger balm on it and just chill out for the next 2 days (on walking anyways! Thanks for the posts everyone! I'm almost positive it's not my shoes! They were pretty much hand picked for me based on my gate and pronation. I have NO problems when I mostly run, but I've been mostly walking. Thinking about it now, I probably could use a few more stretches... I didn't think about muscles all being linked…
