  • I agree I picked up EA Active 2 for £7.50 and it was a complete bargain and what i have also been finding I am sticking with it. I also do Zumba and some yoga on wii fit but thats more just for fun.

  • You have already found me but I was 22stone or 308lb when I started on the road to the new me! Idealy I would like to be loosing 140lb which is rather scarey but I am well over half way there and enjoying it most days.
  • Hi I had the exact same reaction, tho i have been living on 1200 cals since the 6th January and been consistently loosing at least 2lb a week, so it can be done. Feel free to look at my diary. I have had a couple of bad days mainly wednesday past but apart from that been quite happy with 1200 cals.
  • I have to agree with Jaycee, don't let the calories ruin your night out. Don't eat so much during the day maybe add a little exercise in earlier in the day and enjoy your night. Lucky girls!!!!
  • Hi Someone told me that if you go below 1200 your bodys starvation mechanism will kick in so it wont help you loose weigh. I sit at around 1200 to 1250 a day and have been loosing 3 -4lb every week. Try sticking to 1200 but not less see how it goes. Oh and good luck
