There is no way they would still be sitting on my cupboard! If they are in the house I can't stop thinking about then and it is sad really, they are my weakness. I try not to have them in the house easier on me that way.

I also have the BMF. I love that it! I was without it for a few months and felt lost not being able to know my much calories i burned or how many steps i was taking. I always try to beat my goals for the day. You can add me! I find wearing the arm band on my leg while biking gives a much more accurate reading.

I was told that I would never run a marathon. Can't say I have ever wanted to but the thing that got to me was the word NEVER. So there ya have it that little word that was enough of a motivator to kick me in the *kitten* and say oh yes you will and you can!

Thanks for the replies. I was just looking for tips. I am running on concrete and it is sloped to the outside. I figured that might be what was happening. I tried running the same side back and forth and that seemed to even out the knee pain.I think my form is good but then I can't see myself run and am just a beginner…

You can do it! I just finished W5 D3, my 20 minute run. I expected to have to try again and again but I didn't give up or let my brain give up before my legs and I made it the whole 20 minutes. It was slow and steady but that is what got it done for me.

Hi, it isn't easy to lose weight! You have got to want to do this for yourself. For me the last straw was being told that I would never run a marathon after asking to get my treadmill fixed. (i just wanted to walk in the winter) It wasn't meant to hurt but non the less it did but it also motivated me enough to say ....OH…

Hi, can't say I ever tore my pants but I have felt like I had to jump off the roof of the house to fit into them at times. That is not a good feeling, so stretchy pants were next in line. If you are looking for a friend you can add me. :)

I don't juice, i have a nutri bullet and make breakfast/ dinner that way. I get alot of fruit and some veggies but like to eat veggies on the side as well.
