I'm in my 40's and have lots to lose and with a bit of luck, lots of years left. Any other 40 plus with a little work to do?

I'm 44 and I can say with great certainty that you can get in to as good a shape as any person half your age, or even better if you sit down, find a good strategy and really map it out step by step and then follow through; all-the-way. It's going to be a bumpy ride but the view is pretty damn good at the end of the weight loss road. Good luck.
