Again I am doing it for Health reason, I am a brittle diabetic and it soars high with the slightest carb. I take massive and I mean massive amounts of insulin several times a day and it can still go up quickly. I wouldn't give up the food part I am not a real exercise person either sometiemes I give up the work out part and just stick with the diet part...that way you don't loose everything. There has been times I just cut my calories a little and still loose if your not an exercise person you just aren't and I loose fine

I have cut out the sugar potatos starchy vegs and white rice flour lost on it very well the cravings for food stops and swelling goes down. give it a try

I did the 1st round to jump start myself it was just what I needed to encourage myself to go on didn't regain weight and now I am doing a more balanced diet. I have to admit if I had not jump started with this I would not be dieting today because I was through with diets
