WOW! You look amazing! Your body type is a lot like mine except it seems I may be a bit more of a pear. But otherwise, it is. This is amazing! It proves that slow weight loss (not too slow, but slow) is the best way to go!

I'm at about the same weight as you started at, and I'm the same height. I'm glad to know that you can look GREAT at 140-60, and not 120, like some people hope to be. Also, glad for a tall woman who is looking GREAT!

Great job! I only wish I had this motivation... except for the fact that I have a sprained ankle and know when I need to stop. But when it heals, this will be a great inspiration to me. Edited to say: I only wish today the heat wave here hadn't stopped me from riding my bike (pretty much the only exercise I can do).

Thank you for posting this, I need to learn that it IS OKAY to only lose 1 lb a week, not lose it so quickly. Thank you, and your story is amazing, what you overcame.

My goal is now at 1480 and I occasionally eat back all of my exercise calories. I normally eat a few, but not that many. Feel free to add me as a friend if you eat/exercise similarly!
