If we can have a separate thing for women only, maybe like a forum post, ok. I'm just a bit less comfortable with men.

Thank you so much for your prayers. I hope I don't overwhelm you (though God never will be) with all my prayer requests in my life. First of all, I'm in recovery from an eating disorder, closely related to chronic depression I continually struggle with, and both are getting stronger and more overwhelming in my life.…

No! Just... no. This is so wrong. Autism isn't any different from depression, or anything else that isn't 'normal' in the mind. Also, there is no such thing as normal. This is just horrible. I'm an aspie, so I'm especially sensitive to this, but I imagine ANYONE, even any neuro-typical person, would find this shocking and…

On the packaging, usually, next to the volumetric serving size, in parentheses, there is usually an amount in grams. THAT'S what she's talking about. And she's not really weighing prepackaged foods -- just foods that have more than 1 serving per package, like bulk frozen fruit, or peas, or a frozen pizza.

I do this, so yes, you can.

Going out to a sushi place, probably, with my mother.

This study has truly blessed me. I don't know what God said to you, but I'd like to think that this is a great service to Him.

Find in the database a "18 inch cheese pizza" from a major chain, and use that. I've found, looking around, there isn't much variance, nutrition-wise, in pizzas (w/o toppings), unless you're having a whole wheat crust, low fat cheese, or something like that.
-
Use either 'lightly active' or 'active' in your activity setting, whichever sounds right to you.. That's where your daily work is factored in.

Wow.. why did I even come here???

Great to see another tall pear who at goal is looking great! I can't wait to look like that!

I've got 75 to lose!
-
I want to see this too!

Hi, I'm Liza, and I live in Central New York. I am currently at 219 lbs, but want to get down to 145. I'm 5'7", so not that tall like some 5'9" women, but not very short either. I've been on and off the calorie-counting wagon for many times over the past several months, but I've joined a few challenges, so I hope this is…

I'm in!

I will try. I have two ankle injuries - in the same ankle - so I can't do much strenuous exercise, but I'll try to do more low intensity exercise. I'm in, modified.

Bump for encouragement later!
-
Bump! I'd love to see what there is.
-
Bump! I just made it and am SO going to make it again!
-
Exactly. There's a limit to cutting calories, and there's a limit to exercise. Do too much of either and it will be harmful. Pure and simple.

Donate to Salvation Army (when I can't wear them anymore. As is, I don't HAVE any 'fat clothes').
-
Ah, ok. You can friend me if you like.
-
Exactly what I thought. That's why I was responding to the comment first quoted. But I was saying that if you think they're bad, fruit and nuts are a balanced thing because they have fats (good ones!) protein, and some (good) carbs. And fiber.
-
Nuts have PROTEIN as well as good fats. And you know, most protein bars also have some fat and carbs as well.

Wow! I want to be like this!
