I have a fitbit also and my daily goal is 10,000 steps per day, most days I meet the goal, other days I am an "overachiever" as it tells me and some days I don't make it since I have a desk job and if the weather is bad I just can't get out and walk. My goal is my Wii Fit Plus routine I have set up (approx. 25 minutes combo of yoga/strenght exercises) every morning and hubby and I do some of the "games" every night for about 30-45 minutes (he gets a bit salty because Wii tells him his Wii fit age is 62 and he's only 45 and I'm 50 and my Wii fit age is 42!)

That's great Angie, got on the treadmill for the first time in a while and was able to do a mile and half, bought those Sketcher Shape Ups, boy do they feel weird but my old bad knee isn't screaming at me!!! Day one.........so far so good!

Tami!!!! We're on the right track here in our office, we're doing our own biggest loser and we had to weigh ourselves in front of the others, putting in $1.00 per week and after the first 12 weeks whomever lost the most will get the money. No laxitives involved!!!
