Well I have my TDEE set at moderate exercise minus 20% for weight loss. I like practising plank position my other half thinks its hilarious trying to watch me balance like that for a while. Might get him to time me each time for a laugh give me something to work too i can try and beat myself :-)

I'm doing 30-60 mins of stationary bike a day at moment wish the weather would perk up a little i love to walk with the babies in the pram get an extra calorie burn aswell as its a double pram with 2 chunky monkies in lol

I don't eat mine back as I'm working gom TDEE my excersises are included in my allowance this way so it much less confusing lol. If i am starving though i will have a little snack and work out for an extra 10 mi s or so. Personally i nt see the point in excersising if you going to eat all the calories back again :-/ that…

Just been on scoobys site and worked out what my TDEE-20% would be with 3-5 hours a week exercise and its 1999 :-/ im going to struggle to eat that let alone eat also what I work off :-/

so with the heart rate monitor do I just put that on right before I exercise and it will tell me cals burn? as easy as that does this work for any exercise?

try fruit and veg that's in season down our supermarket every week they have different fruit and veg for pound few so many :-) have you looked at fresh noodles or dried pasta instead of packet noodles it more filling more tasty and can be just as cheap. what about buying in bulk or wholesale we get a lot of meat wholesale…

there are lots of other sites that will help you work out your TDEE which is how many calories you should consume depending on your fitness levels. Just google TDEE calculator loads come up at the moment my favourite is scoobys TDEE calculator a few people on hear recommended it to me :-)

what is sedentary sorry if that's a really dumb question :-/ for the past four weeks I have had my diary set to about 1500-1600 calories and when ive been excersising ive bean eating some calories back so that I net at 1400-1600 is this the same/similar method?

I weigh everything I even weight out fruit instead of selecting small medium or large piece of fruit. I think I have taken some weighing to an extreme lol I even weigh out 1tsp of sugar because all different spoons are different sizes lol Im not currently strictly sticking to any specific exercise so im not monitoring…

how often do you guys update your tdee because obviously it changes with the weight you loose?

fat2fit is giving me over 2000 ive never eaten that much in my life lol before dieting I was probably eating about 1900-2000 calories and I was gradually gaining was very slow gain over months but was a gain :-/

once I have established an excersise routine should I factor this into my TDEE I think im going to be doing some walking hopefully working upto jogging about 4 mile a day some stationary bike and cruches/sit ups to tone my belly
