I TOTALLY do... My face is bright red, but I'm white around my eyes, nose and mouth. Super sexy look. LOL! I just gave up being concerned with it. I run for an hour while some people walk for 10 minutes. Of course I'm going to be a hot sweaty mess when they look amazing! LOL

Nope, still here! I was away from the computer most of the day yesterday, so I wasn't able to post. Things got busy Saturday, so I took that as my rest day. I probably won't be doing it 5-6 days a week, but still do it at least once a week or so. I am starting training next month for my first half-marathon in April, so I will mostly be running 3-4 days per week. I'm going to finish up these 30 days strong though!

There is absolutely NO shame in Level 1! Move up only when you feel ready... it doesn't have to be after 10 days etc. Jillian works you hard. no matter what level!
