Weighing at night and then weighing again the following morning is NOT an accurate comparison. Many factors go into the difference in weight readings....how much food you've consumed, bathroom visits, water retention, etc. For a more accurate measurement of progress, weigh yourself in the same timeframe on weigh-in days.…

I didn't go back in your diary very far, but one thing I noticed was your sodium intake is quite high on the few days that I did look at. You could just be retaining water. Try to lower your sodium intake, drink lots of water, and see what your results are.

This. I ate a 1300 calories breakfast on Father's day, not the mention the rest of the food, and booze, I consumed over the weekend. Scale was up 5 lbs by Monday morning. This morning, i was already back down 3.5 of those 5 lbs. Weight loss is not linear. Don't stress over it.
