Been in Maintenance Since October

Finally. I'm logging to maintain and it's really working! I'm tracking my steps on my iPhone, taking Zumba and yoga, and trying to stay as active as possible. I'm eating like I normally do and trying to cook as many meals as possible at home. I don't travel as much as I used to for work and this has helped too. So happy to be fitting into old clothes!

    Congrats! I was on mfp years ago and lost to my goal weight. I stopped logging in and, shockingly, gained back all of my weight and more. As I am beginning again, I am keeping my eye on what needs to be done in maintenance as I believe that is where it is very, VERY important to keep up on it.
