  • NSV#1: Filled 3 large garbage bags of clothes that I can no longer wear (too big). Dropped them off at the donation drop box down the road from my house. NSV#2: Transitioned from obese to overweight on the BMI scale. NSV#3: On Friday, I repeated a 10km hike that I did last fall, and shaved 11 minutes off my time.
  • Looks like everyone gave up this last week? Next to nothing posted on the spreadsheet.

  • You look awesome! Proof that the scale doesn't mean *kitten*!
  • You are a stunning woman! Great job!
  • 11.2 lbs lost. Put a ten lb dumbbell in a backpack and took pooch for a walk tonight. Now doing laundry to complete the first road block! Nutritional road block done, and my accountability challenge is under way (my goal for the week is to keep carbs under control after a major carb overload the majority of last week).…

  • Not much of a loss for this weigh in, only 0.2 lbs but my eating last week/this weekend wasn't exactly on par so I expected this. Back on track this week so hoping for a better loss next weigh in!

  • I don't even have salt in my house. Never add it to food or when cooking. I have oodles and oodles of spices and herbs in my house too, even fresh ones growing in my window sills. My favourites are garlic, basil, thyme and cayenne.
  • Just realized that I have already met my weight loss goal for this challenge! Yayaya

  • Feb 4th vs April 4th! Bye bye back fat and hello shrinking belly! 25lb difference.
  • Day 68 of logging. 25.4 lbs down. 39.6 lbs total lost.
  • Things I've learned in this challenge I have been accountable with: 1. Logging daily, and honestly. 2. Being more aware of daily H2O intake. 3. Trying different types of foods I probably wouldn't have otherwise. Other things I'd like to accomplish: 1. Be consistent with exercise even with a hectic work schedule. 2. Attempt…
  • I'm here. Barely. Working 12-14 hour days every day now at the office. Plus 20 minute commute each way is making for really long days. And I'm trying to squeeze as much time in as I can with my man because he's home this week and next week leaves again for another month. Trying to find balance is proving to be very, very…

  • Not excited for tomorrow's weigh in. Easter dinner with my family yesterday resulted in going way over my sodium goal so I'm sure I'm retaining water for the weigh in. But I sure enjoyed the ham my mom prepared!!

  • My go to egg meal is spinach, onion, mushroom and mozzarella egg omelet!!
  • Thanks for your input guys, much appreciated!
  • Great, thanks! I'm a newbie to HRMs and I thought there was no way I could burn that much. So they are really only accurate for consistent cardio?
  • Intervals. My cardio ability is awful. I was dripping sweat and dying the entire time lol. And I'm a smoker (shame on me), so I'm sure my heart and lungs were working harder than a normal person who's in shape.
  • I can't wait to finish the work week. 3pm Saturday, I'll be off work for a whole 41 hours and I'll be busting my butt at the gym as soon as I'm free! Great job team, you're all doing fantastic! Keep it up!

  • @lupie777 it's nuts! I can't wait until it's over. I always ask myself why I chose this profession every year lol. But good news, today wasn't a total bust. Managed to get a half hour walk in with the pup!

  • Quarter to 7 and I'm just leaving the office. By the time I get home, cook and eat supper, there's no way I'm driving the 20 minutes back to town to the gym. Hopefully I can get my tush outta bed early enough tomorrow to get a morning workout. This week has been a write off for me so far. Tax season is in full swing and…
