  • anorexia is characterized by the amount of weight lost in a period of time... so you could be really fat and starving yourself of food.... that would be considered anorexic so I am told...

  • I'd just like to update this.. I have been binge/purge free for 3 days!!!! Eating healthier food instead of all the junk food :)

  • Yeah.. I am living with some of the health problems but apparently it just isn't a good enough reason sometimes :( I wont give up though and neither should you :) Thanks for replying.

  • Try replacing your bad foods with healthy alternatives that are lower calorie like fruit/veggies. Also keeping your self distracted or motivated helps, try watching some youtube videos that inspire getting in shape or healthy eating :)

  • Fruit and veggies :) If your looking to slim your stomach down then I would suggest steam cooking your veggies. I like steaming broccoli and adding syrup or plum sauce to it as a stir fry or with shrimp (seafood is low calories/fat and very healthy).   • I usually record all my food before I sleep, I am not sure about waking up and snacking though lol half and half :) ?
  • Exercising can also make period timing a bit off. Besides from your diet it could also just be the type of body you have. Talk to your doctor if it really bothers you :)

  • Yeah I get what you mean, it all depends how big your stomach is maybe and the types of foods you eat maybe. For me, I have trouble eating one set meal, I tend to just snack the day away because it tends to fill me up quick and it's just habit lol.
  • If its coming from natural foods like fruit, I wouldn't worry much about it. Just stay active if you feel like you are consuming too much.
  • I know its not food but I make tea in a travel mug and take it to school :) Wakes me up and is nice.
  • Yeah, too much and it could just turn to fat like most other categories if not worked off or into muscle :) Protein comes from other things besides meat too if your interested (google is a great tool for researching it). Surprisingly most people tend to actually consume too much protein... but sure is yummy :)
